International shoppers can:<ul><li data-block-key="e3cq1">View an item&#x27;s price in your local currency</li><li data-block-key="f68c4">Shop in your preferred currency</li><li data-block-key="4uq5g">Get their order totals guaranteed at the exchange rate set during Checkout</li></ul>

International Order Delivery

Here&#x27;s how it works:<ul><li data-block-key="tedr">From the macys.com homepage, scroll to the bottom of the page. On the left side by the picture of the American flag, select Change Location</li><li data-block-key="fr43b">Select your shipping destination and preferred shopping currency from the two drop-down menus</li><li data-block-key="12cmv">Select the Save &amp; Continue button</li><li data-block-key="1t9ph">Now you can shop the macys.com site as usual - choose your desired item(s) by selecting the Add To Bag button, then select the Continue Shopping button to return to browsing</li><li data-block-key="ei9rh">When you&#x27;re ready for Checkout, select the shopping bag icon located at the top right of the page, then select Proceed to Checkout . You&#x27;ll see your merchandise total including estimated shipping and estimated sales tax.</li></ul>

Placing an International Order

To figure out how much your order will cost, add items to your Bag and select the Checkout button.Borderfree will calculate and display an order total in your preferred currency, including:<ul><li data-block-key="ajcca">All shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the U.S. to the Borderfree warehouse</li><li data-block-key="8b52v">The cost from the Borderfree warehouse to your selected international destination</li><li data-block-key="6u7qo">Any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination location</li></ul>

Costs for International Orders

When you use the Borderfree global checkout, you&#x27;ll be provided with an order total in your preferred currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount you&#x27;ll be billed by Borderfree. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.Note: macys.com reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Tracking Your International Orders

We&#x27;re unable to edit your merchandise selections once your order has been placed. Changing or Canceling Your International Order After It Has Been Placed

No. At this time, international orders cannot be split between multiple destinations.

Can I have an International Order ship to multiple addresses?

No. We do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers. We also cannot accept gift cards as payment for orders shipped internationally.

Can I Purchase Gift Cards or Use Gift Cards as Payment?
