To request a credit limit increase on your Macy&#x27;s Credit Card or your Macy&#x27;s American Express® Card, you will need to know your annual income, residential status and monthly mortgage or rent payment. Then follow the steps below.For computer users:<ul><li>Select MY ACCOUNT and <a href="https://www.macys.com/account/signin">Sign In</a></li><li>Select the Credit Summary link under Macy’s Credit Card section</li><li>Select the I WANT TO… drop-down box on the top right-hand side of the page and choose Request a Credit Limit Increase , or you can select REQUEST INCREASE where your Available Credit is displayed</li><li>Provide the required information then submit your request</li></ul>For mobile users:<ul><li>Select MY ACCOUNT and <a href="https://www.macys.com/account/signin">Sign In</a></li><li>Select MACY’S CREDIT CARD , then select MANAGE CREDIT CARD</li><li>Under Account Services select Request a Credit Limit Increase</li><li>Provide the required information then submit your request</li></ul>Once your request has been reviewed, we&#x27;ll notify you with the outcome.
